Why was Dean on the floor? And that’s quite a collection of of beer bottles he’s got going on there…

I thought the same thing too at first and was taken aback by it. At the end of the scene however, we see them playing bowling with the beer bottles so Dean would have been collecting the bottle that fell onto the floor in order to set it up again. As soon as I realised this, It turned from a negative sorta scene to a nice one with the brothers relaxing and having fun together.
